Check the staff you hire at sensitive places, find good hearted people and offer them a living wage so they can afford to stay... I had this appointment here for about a month, i have pain in my hands of course,. This staff member calls me to cancel because I do not have a PCP assigned. This was 2 days before my appointment. No chance to set one, they just cancelled and she was rude on top of it. Lady, I have appointments because I am in pain. Thanks for the compassion. So I get the PCP set and I call back and I ask if I can get my appointment back, it’s a no. The staff member goes on and says it's my fault for picking the insurance I have. So, she works at a medical office in the USA, think about it… do you know how much I make, or the options my employer gave me, or what I can afford, or the job I got and the insurance they pushed on us. The sad/few "options" most people have, if they have the option and aren't crunched by money or well, maybe read about insurance in the USA
