Patients do not come first
DO NOT bring your child to this office Eva the call center Rep was absolutely useless and made it very clear that it’s okay for the clinic staff to make appointments that are not needed or necessary or not have knowledge so that they can charge patient’s. The office staff took absolutely zero accountability for time that was wasted on a visit that should have never been made staff supervisor continued to lie and make up excuses. San Antonio Pediatrics has gone down tremendously since CentroMed took over and it shows in the quality of patient care and quality of staff.
