1) As a medical practice, your time apparently means nothing to them; on more than one occasion, I've sat in their waiting rooms for more than 90 mins after my scheduled appt time.2) SMASA's affiliation with the Spurs doesn't means a THING for your own care. Palomera is a mediocre physician and has been an absolute waste of my time, as he would neither address a cyst in my knee NOR give me an injection in my hip himself, but rather wanted to refer me to other doctors for those procedures.3) Rather than take Palomera's referrals, I've sought treatment at an internationally-recognized medical group, but it's now been over a MONTH since that practice requested my medical records from SMASA and there's been ZERO response.4) On more than one occasion, Palomera has handed me a business card with a hand-written phone number on it suggesting that number will get me directly through to his team. NOT ONCE has ANYONE ever returned a phone call when I've left voicemails at that number.
