Communication nightmare
They rarely answer the phone. If you get a person, they are rude, refuse to help and transfer you to unmonitored voicemail. Referrals are nearly impossible. They routinely fail to send paperwork to insurance for referrals (new and renewed) leaving you fighting to get it fixed for multiple weeks. I've even had insurance try contacting them to fix the referral issue and they could not reach the doctor office and suggested I switch PCPs. It has taken going in person to the office to get prescriptions refilled when they would not respond to the pharmacy request. I'm also constantly misscharged with incorrect copays. Billing issues preappointment with copay are the 'fault' of insurance according to their front office. The Fastlane is Urgent Care copay despite my insurance saying it should be PCP copay. They also bill me as seeing a specialist when I'm just seeing my PCP (another NP since the listed MD is difficult to get into with 2-3 month waits). NP takes 2-3 weeks for an appointment.

Terrible service
The staff here are very difficult to get ahold of and don’t care about their patients. Have had many issues with them in the past. Don’t go here, save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

DON'T GO TO THIS DOCTOR
My wife has been a patient of Dr. Drew Polson for approximately 2 years. The office has been consistently slow and difficult to deal with when it comes to obtaining necessary referrals and approvals needed by insurance. It has come to a disastrous head with my wife requesting an updated referral to her rheumatologist so that she can see him to obtain the medication that MIGHT help her live a functional life. You see, my wife has 3 - yes, 3 - unmanageable illnesses. She has idiopathic intracranial hypertension, lymphedema, and ankylosing spondylitis. She is in constant severe pain and has trouble standing and walking, and HAS to be under the continuing care of a rheumatologist. Her specialists’ office began calling in December or early January to obtain the referral. They notified Lesley that Dr. Polson’s office has not completed the referral and asked her to call; she began calling on January 15th. She has contacted Dr. Polson’s office at least 6 times, and texted them twice.

Lack of compassion and follow through with request
My wife and I Were patients of Dr. Vip M. for the past two plus years. We began to have less and less confidence in his ability to follow through with medical issues, that he was made aware of. Such as my wife's chronic pain she was experiencing.
