Office staff ruined it for me
So disappointed with the insurance office staff. They will call you days ahead to confirm appointments but will not let you know till 3 hours before your appointment that there is an issue with insurance. The individual in the office will tell you it is everyone else's fault and basically oh well. This individual hung up on my PCP staff before she called me. I asked for a supervisor to explain the issue and Nolen states 'don't repeat yourself.' I completely understand they are busy, but so are the rest of us. I was trying to have him understand the gravity of the situation and the cascading effect when communication fails. He was not interested in hearing me at all. Communication will help a business or hurt them.
