Company horribly mis managed
The entire company works from home. When you have a problem (you will) they take forever to transfer you to a supervisor or manager. The supervisors and a manager made promises to me every call and then never followed up on them. Horribly mis managed. These are typical bill collectors and they act as such.

Payment plan
Sent a payment larger than agreed on and they sent me to collections anyway. Worse billing I have ever dealt with. And I’ve dealt with plenty.

Very disappointed in service and billing
As a person that has regular procedures requiring annesthesia services, I can say this experience was my first negative experience from a provider. Very disappointed with attention given as well as explanations. I ended up with a serious billing issue (I was essentiall billed twice for the same procedure) and was not given any help in resolving. The bill was simply sent to collections without a responce from the provider - ever! Very upsetting. Definitely felt like this practice cares about one thing... money. The provider names are not in the drop down here but it was Timothy Nguyen II and Robby Duet.
