No a good experience
They failed to inform me that my primary care physician (PCP) was no longer working with them when I called to schedule an appointment.During my visit, they did not mention anything about my PCP no longer being with them (I went twice the same week and not a word about it ). My insurance says they are not paying since my doctor was out of network (They choose a random PCP for paperwork), and now I have collectors contacting me for a mistake on the doctor's office end. I have tried to contact customer service, but have received no response.
