Would’ve been 5 stars
I absolutely loved Dr. Layne and wish I could’ve stayed her patient. But they changed their policy where you have to have a credit…bank card on file. I’ve done this at another office and got burned paying someone else’s bill. Took awhile to correct it. Therefore I didn’t want to do it again. I explained all this but had to cancel the appointment. Since this is the policy without exception I can no longer see her. So I probably won’t get GYN care anymore as it’s too hard to find good doctors anymore.
