Methodist Women's Health Specialists - Arlington

I've had my appt. scheduled for over a year. A week before, they called to reschedule to a month beyond my original appt. - I understand, people get sick, etc., but still annoying. Then, I show up for my new appointment at least 10 minutes early. I check-in, fill in my paperwork, am called back by a nurse who asks the usual questions and takes vitals, etc. She has me change into the robe and "the Dr will be in to see you in a few minutes." FOURTY minutes later, someone comes back to my room for the first time and lets me know that the doctor has not arrived and no one has reached her. Again, things happen, people are late to work, but 1. why did you call me back before you were ready? and 2. why did I sit by myself for 40 minutes without an update? The Dr never arrived and after nearly an hour, I saw someone else who was very friendly. I will not be going back to this office. Their staff is friendly, but their communication and service is lousy.
