Cornerstone Pediatrics

Staff are untrained and unprofessional. Manager Sandra is rude and doesn’t have knowledge about insurance policy and don’t know how to code the billing! This place took almost three months to finally call us back and set up an appointment. My previous pediatrician have already sent the records of the patient, but they claim that they do not receive it. After sending records for the third time they still did not call the patient to set up appointment and instead you have to remind yourself how to do their job and patiently chase them to set up an appointment for you! Once appointment is set, the staff doesn’t bother to call, text, or email to send reminders regarding the appointment and they don’t verify insurance prior to setting up an appointment then once you arrive in the office they demand for your social security while you already have your insurance card and info, now keep in mind I am not using welfare insurance! I am using my private insurance.

If I could rate this office lower I would!!! The office manager & the front desk staff are so rude, unprofessional and confrontational. It’s sad when a doctor has staff that makes him look terrible and help to run his business & reputation into the ground. The manager Sandra shows the rest of the support staff it’s okay to be rude, nasty, and confrontational to parents and insurance companies. I was forced to bring my child with a broken arm in to get a piece of paper that could have been faxed & then she forced me to take her over to the sick childrens side exposing her to two ill children & when I spoke up about the policy the manager couldn’t care less & said that’s our policy here we don’t care if your child isn’t sick & there’s a waiting room of sick children & then proceeded to tell me to find a new doctor because I spoke up about it. I recommend if you can find anywhere else to take your children do that!! This place is not worth the stress and disrespect of such poor care.
