I used to love Premier Family Medical but this past year I went in for my yearly checkup and as they were doing the physical, I asked the typical questions and went on my way.They later billed me for the appointment, citing it was an office visit on top of my physical even though yearly physicals are 100% covered by my insurance. I called in and asked why they were billing me for my physical and they said they would ask the provider for her reasoning on this. After a couple of weeks they finally got back in touch with me and said that I was billed an office visit on top of my physical because I ASKED QUESTIONS DURING THE PHYSICAL! This is completely insane! I am allowed to ask questions during my yearly physical if I have a concern about my health. Apparently Premier just wants me to lay back, shut up, then leave. I will never come here again and advise everyone to not go there as well.
