incompetent staff._

my primary care doctor at kane county medical clinic is satisfactory. however, there is almost ALWAYS incompetence at the front desk and with people not calling me back. the doctor's medical assistant usually has to be called at least twice to get a callback. the medical records person never calls me back. most of the time i have to go in in person to get service. there seems to be a lack of caring about what they're doing. i am going to find another place for a doctor.
