Comprehensive Psychological Services

I originally came to CPS when I needed mental health services fast and they were one of the only clinics with tons of availability, which I should have recognized as a red flag. The front desk was very disorganized. I had to repeat sections of my ADHD diagnostic the first time I tried to get diagnosed because they failed to record my results and then got ghosted by them before I officially finished. I came back a year later and had to start the whole process over again. The front desk repeatedly scheduled me for in-person appointments on days that my doctor wasn't in office. The psychologist I eventually started meeting with was absent-minded, overly clinical, and condescending, and went completely MIA for a week when I was desperately trying to refill a medication that has severe side effects when stopped abruptly. I felt like I had to fight to get what I needed. I didn't feel taken care of and at times felt attacked. Not a good place to go for help with mental health.
