I usually leave positive reviews, but my experience with this clinic for Keratoconus was disappointing. They have one scheduler for cornea issues, making it hard to get appointments. Calls often went to voicemail and were not returned promptly. The scheduler was unresponsive and condescending. I tried to reschedule an appointment several days in advance but didn’t get a response, leading to a $100 no-show charge. During my visit, the provider spent limited time with me and didn’t thoroughly address my questions. When I called for clarification, I was told I could schedule a recheck. Later, they called back saying they wouldn’t make that appointment and advised me not to contact them anymore. I sought care from a previous doctor out of state, who provided a thorough evaluation. My previous doctor referred me to a new doctor in Utah who could properly care for my Keratoconus. Based on my experience, I advise other Keratoconus patients to consider alternative providers.
