Granite Peaks Gastroenterology

This place is a total racket and the most unprofessional clinic I've ever been to. Never available to answer the phone, and determined to do everything in their power so you don't speak to a human face-to-face or even by phone. Instead, they try to push all their patients into using an awful, subpar portal so you're relegated to communicating by email.Here is my experience: After two ER visits due to severe GERD associated with nausea and vomiting, I had an endoscopy done at Granite Peaks to determine what could be causing the increase in severity of my GERD attacks which I've experienced for decades. During the intake process, I notified them that I have GERD, something I've known for almost 20 years. They didn't bother to request the paperwork from my first ER visit in another state. Dr. Desautels spent all of 2 minutes speaking to me before the procedure. The next day, I received a terse message through their clunky portal from his assistant, Fara, notifying me that I have GERD.
