Updated: If I could give the management staff less than 0 stars, I would! They have all these 5-star reviews because of the excellent doctors and the fact that they text you repeatedly for reviews after your visit. Charlene, the operations manager, is rude, condescending, and unsympathetic. I came in for an appointment 20 minutes instead of 15 minutes late, and they refused to see us. My husband had an appt with Dr Rimicci.I took time off work and drove us there with an 11-month-old, and all Charlene could do was talk to me like I was a two-year-old, or perhaps she didn’t think I spoke English because my husband is Latino. I told her we hit traffic, and anyone with children understands what getting out of the house can be like. Instead of being kind and telling me they wouldn’t see my husband, she said in not a nice tone that we needed to take the people who came “on time.” They wanted us to return home at 11 am, which was 830 in the morning.
