This office used to be so great when Dr. Aiello was there. It is HORRIBLE now. They go through NP's like crazy and Dr. Kaiser is just terrible. We went in Jan 2023 because my then 12-year-old was having terrible back pain. He sent her for x-rays and said she had scoliosis, but it wasn't progressed enough for a brace, so he sent us to PT. We went back for repeat x-rays in July 2023, and it was so far progressed that a brace did not do anything for her. We saw a specialist who said the January x-rays weren't even a full back x-ray so he had NO way of knowing the angles couldn't be braced and should have immediately sent us to an orthopedic specialist. Here we are a year after the first set of x-rays scheduling spinal fusion surgery because he didn't do his job. Not to mention that they completely missed her scoliosis during every annual physical prior to her back pain. Please do not go here!
