Comprehensive Psychological Services

I have been seeing Shayne Morris for 2 years without much issue until 1/18 I had a phone appointment with Shayne Morris who said he would send in my RX refills, verified my preferred pharmacy and set my next follow up for 4/22. I thought everything was fine until 1/20 when my refills were still not sent in so I began trying to reach out to the office thinking he’s just forgotten to send them in. I was not able to get in touch with ANYONE. I called and left messages and I sent emails but I got no answer. Finally on 1/31 I got someone to answer the phone. Apparently Shayne Morris had canceled my prescriptions without telling me and will not call/email me back. Left without my medication suddenly and having to scramble to find a new practice with no word from Morris. Patient abandonment is dangerous and unethical.

it’s taken me a while to write this review because my experience at Comprehensive Psych Services 100% contributed to more trauma. around this time last year I was seeing Beth & Dr. Singh. the first 3 months coming to CPS were great, but beware if you don’t heal within 3 months it’s very possible they will fire you from their practice. they will tell you they are worried about you, that you’re not improving, but yet leave you that day no longer having services for therapy, for psychiatry, & medication. all of that cut off because they were “worried” about me. the logic here? This set me back about 4 months. 4 months with no therapy, psychiatry, medication, no will to live, & no motivation to even find another office due to being so scared this would happen again. of course is my experience but i’m positive I’m not the first person this has happened to at CPS. If you’re looking for a place to heal, this is not it.
