I received thorough cleaning and polishing today. Everyone is this office is a professional. I am always treated with a gentle hand and with respect. Every move is explained. When the polishing is done, my teeth are flossed; you know you are important when someone flossed your teeth for you.

I have been going here many years. I always receive prompt, friendly & professional service. I really like everyone in the office and cannot imagine better care&service. Cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Poor service by Ms Karen , she made sure she will bill high so she focused on doing periodontist test instead of cleaning . She deliberately was giving high numbers as I know my recent test report. She put paste washed that and just did lower jaw flossing . When I was checking out I was asked to pay $183 as co payment! There is no copay until they bill the insurance. They always take in advance before insurance because they know my insurance will pay most. So they make money from patient and insurance. Please pay attention to your statements from insurance.

Both doctors do a great job of explaining what they are doing. They make you feel comfortable. Very knowledgeable. The whole office is professional.

I had my first appointment today, and it went really well. The staff was friendly and professional.So glad a friend recommended them! I do too!

Completely incompetent practice from both a medical and administrative perspective. Had 3 crowns performed, all of which failed, one of which landed us in the ER. Had non-stop, repeat issues with them submitting the correct documentation to our insurance company. In one instance they did not submit the insurance documentation to the correct address. They waited six months before following back up with insurance, who advised them that they were now outside of the available window to submit the documentation, so Hanley came to collect from us personally ONE YEAR LATER because it was 'denied by insurance'. Each and every non-routine cleaning service lead to an issue between Hanley and our insurance company and cost us hundreds out of pocket that otherwise would have been covered by our insurance. They only communicate with their patients when they are looking for a positive Google review.

Every person on staff is outstanding in the provision of dental services.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Pete! He is more than competent and skilled, listens well, genuine in his care for your comfort, and will strategize a plan to get the care you need without having to take a second mortgage on your house to get it done. I won't go anywhere else!
