Commonwealth Eye Care Associates

I had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Michael. He was ever so nice when we came for our first consultation. I was so happy to have chosen such a concerned and nice surgeon for my eyes. Well the joke was on me! He turned out to be rude, nonchalant and could have cared less about me or any first eye surgery problems that I was experiencing. He was such a fake. I ended up with eye infections, painful eyes and blurred vision. A complete disaster. When having awful problems and frankly scared to death about my eyes, I called and was told after the surgery it was no longer their responsibility, that I needed to go back to the eye Dr. that referred me!! My eye Dr. said that was incorrect, she said that Dr. Michael's group were responsible for any problems that I was experiencing from the surgery. The entire experience was an overwhelming disaster and a major disappointment!
