Horrible
Heather Ratcliffe and Julie Merckle-whiting put me in danger from not only stating I “wasn’t the ill” when requesting another physician, but in danger while in an abusive situation. Both mocked, laughed at and berated me, both have zero remorse. I begged for social work, I was laughed at and told by Heather “I’d be scared too”! They lied, their lines weren’t recorded! They were banking on that!

i really like April i think she listens and goes above and beyond to help with everything health wise. I hate because she's leaving so i probably will be looking for a new doctor bc i don't like the options that are left .
