Insurance Coverage and Protection of PII
We needed a letter for our insurance from them stating that our son needed anesthesia for the removal of his wisdom teeth. Yes, absurd, I know. But a simple letter. They refused to provide it. It cost us $1,500. Months later, we get a letter from them stating that they had not done their due diligence to protect the Personally Identifiable Information in their system and they had been hacked. Their worst traits are non-responsive to customers and irresponsible with protecting my PII. I would not recommend them.
