Staff is courteous and efficient. Dr. Vallone always listens and asks follow-up questions. Having a Quest Diagnostics phlebotomist right in the office saves time and trips offsite for bloodwork. You could not find a better practice.

I have been seeing Dr. pontz since 2005 and I can emphatically say he is the best internal medicine doctor I have ever had! He is kind, thorough and really takes time to listen. He stays current with medical news and updates. If I ask about something he is unsure of he uses his resources to research and promptly gets back to me with answers to my questions. Everyone in the office is just as thorough, kind, professional and helpful. They are also very prompt in responding to any requests or questions that I send through the patient portal system. The lab is located right in the office which makes it very convenient and quick. The same lab technician has been there for I believe 9 years and she is amazing! Best ever at drawing blood!
