Messed up 2 of my fillings

Complained about a filling feeling like my tooth was going to break, they looked at it and said it was fine. It broke and fell out (along with part of my tooth) less than a month later. Yesterday another filling that they did (that I complained about) came out. Also, one of my wife's fillings that they did came out last year.
