very hard to work with

I was given no real idea of what my appointment would look like beyond the expected time, was surprised with a very large bill, and have had nothing but trouble getting ahold of them and setting up a payment plan. Their idea of a payment plan is that I have to call every month to give them card information, but they don't answer the phone consistently at all and have no online presence. Very disappointed in all stages of having worked with them.
