Patient First Urgent Care

Absolute circus of a clinic. All of the front desk ladies were very nice and professional. I have nothing against them at all. My issue is with the doctors. After my 66year old father came in for a persistent cough, an incompetent doctor named : young k Kim was quick to diagnose him with a common cold and gave him a cough suppressant. Mind you, my father had been coughing for 11 days and has a deficient immune system. 2days go by with no improvement so we go back for a follow up visit. This time a doctor named: abdulwahab heggi screened my fathers chest for an X-ray and found heavy signs of PNEUMONIA. abdulwahab heggi then gave my father antibiotics and a 3 day sick leave from work. Mind you my father IS 66 YEARS OLD. And battling PNEUMONIA for 13 days. Only to be given a measly 3 day sick leave note. If it wasn't for our persistence, I would've lost my father to this sickness. These doctors are not only inadequate. I deem them as unprofessional, incompetent and idiotic.
