I stopped in today and she looked up at me so I told her why I was there. She then looked down and proceeded typing on computer with not a word to me. I did not know if she was working on my request or what as she said not a word to me. Rude as can be. I finally asked her if I should go to another desk and she informed me she was working on something. When finished she then entered my needs. She is rude and needs to be taught to not only speak and acknowledge people but to explain if she is in the middle of something. She does not seem at all suited for working with patients. Stick her in the back somewhere. Again, her name was Tristen.

A big shoutout to two ladies that do the check-ins. Jess and Rachael. They make you feel like they are part of your family. Always friendly with a big smile on the faces. I feel like they are my daughters. I hope they will get this even though I don't know there last names.
