Great physician and well trained staff
This office is very well run. Doctors and staff are professional and courteous. I was there today for a post cataract procedure. Dr. Gene Moss is excellent. The staff is well trained and very helpful. I was actually in and out of the office in about an hour. Can’t say enough good things about the service received and will recommend them. Only one thing has me irked a little. Apparently this office stopped their reminder calls and now only sends texts. My land line doesn’t work for texts and I do prefer to keep my cell number private. Surely I am not the only person that uses their land line. Your texts there are going nowhere.So, if for some reason I fail to show for an appointment it is because you texted a land line. While I realize, that most younger people only use a cell phone, that is not me
