Dr. Pam is amazing!! She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoughtfully provides recommendations. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

This practice is the best! My whole immediate family sees Dr. Tim and so does my mother-in-law. He has seen my kids since birth, even though when they were born, I worked for one of the largest pediatric practices in the area (and had been there for over 8 years at the time of my first child’s birth). Even when we can’t see Dr. Tim, which is rare, we have received impeccable care. There is reason they are so popular - I don’t even think Dr. Tim or Dr. Pam are taking new patients because their patient population is at capacity. As far as the previous review goes, I can totally empathize with the frustration, but having worked in the front office of a doctor’s office, I know that upholding policy is extremely important. I love Kelly and have had nothing but great interactions with her. She was doing her job, which can be difficult, especially when delivering news that someone doesn’t want to hear. Anyway, the practice is wonderful and so is the staff!

Terrible customer service. I'm really let down because they are so close to where I live and it would have been very convenient. I called to reschedule my appointment, a week ahead of time, and the receptionist Kelly said that I could not reschedule because I had no showed once and couldn't reschedule twice. I offered to pay any fee for the inconvenience, but she refused and said I was not a good fit for a client at their practice. I was offended and asked to speak to the manager to explain my situation, I am changing insurance providers and the new insurance wouldn't take effect for 30 days and that is why I needed to push back again, and to ask for a little grace and understanding, but she refused to even speak with me. I'm really let down and offended, and as someone who works in customer service I'm amazed at how poorly this situation was handled. I would not, and will not recommend.
