If your parents are experiencing dementia I highly recommend you find another care facility. Does anyone know another geriatric/dementia clinic in Norfolk? This clinic doesn’t answer phones, ‘drops’ calls when they are transferring you, and is incapable of communication. They continually insist on giving care plans to spouse they themselves have already diagnosed with significant memory loss and executive planning deficiency, and Their app doesn’t even work to review medications or visit notes. It’s 19th century medicine.
