This is my third and last visit to your practice. I have no problem with the professionalism and friendliness of your staff. This has to do with how you are CHEATING THE SYSTEM by inappropriately coding what should be a ROUTINE ANNUAL EXAM as a "Medical Office Visit" so that you can charge the customer a Specialists Co-Payment. THIS IS UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL and will be reported to my insurance company and the SEC. I am tired of unethical medical practices taking advantage of consumers who have little to no knowledge or understanding of how insurance works or the importance of coding when it comes to submitting claims. Well I am not one of those ill-informed. If my insurance covers a routine eye-exam at 100% (which mine does and was confirmed by your office when I made this appointment), then as a consumer I expect to have no cost for that visit.
