I think it’s horrible that the person at the registration desk have to walk out of the clinic to open the doors for people from surgical center to go to the cafeteria. They keep the doors locked and you have to walk outside into the courtyard and walk upstairs and all the way around to the Main entrance, check in, get a visitor sticker, take elevator down to the Garden floor just to get food. That’s ridiculous. The registration desk has more important things to worry about. There needs to be someone at the double doors outside the surgical center to let people through if they are going to have the doors locked. But, thats typical Valley health for you
