Let me start by saying I'm obese. I know that, and it's clear to others when they meet me. I didn't know when I was looking for a clinic that I needed to worry about BMI limits. Wish I had known, because NRM decided not to ever disclose that either, until it was time to move onto IVF (6 months into my relationship with them). I learned about their BMI limit disqualifying me via a portal message AFTER a Zoom consult with NP Jen G. This message was sent on a Friday afternoon and she wasn't willing to give me more information. This led me to CNY, who doesn't have a BMI limit in their Syracuse office. I needed records. NRM's front desk told me it could take up to 30 days. I left a one star Google Review about them not disclosing their policies and about the ridiculous records delay. This led their business manager, Teresa, to leave me a voicemail. I called her back and she was condescending, telling me 'if' what I was saying happened, she'd take care of it. I'd steer clear of this clinic.
