Atrocious Customer Service

I called in to see if I could schedule an appt for my daughter and the women asked how old she was and I stated she was 17 the women then laughed at me and said 'we don't see children' like I am supposed to know that. We have never been to a cardiologist. I stated to the women that I didn't realize this was a giggle type of issue but then asked if she may happen to know who may see children and she hung up on me. This women should be fired and not to work with people. We have a serious issue and don't need her condescending behavior.
