I was referred to this company by my kidney doctor back in August 2022, I met with a surgeon that claimed I scared her due to the mishandling of prior doctors in my past when asked bout my history. The surgeon decided not to treat my damaged fistula and tried to refer me to someone else . I decided not to and left. And filed a complaint because that put more of distrust for this agency A few days later I had a caterer put in my chest. And star my dialysis. Which several techs wanted to repair the fistula and have the one taken from my chest . With 6 eke on dialysis they suggested to have the fistula fixed So tried to reschedule with this agency that my doctor sent me to so they. Could fix the fistula due to me starting dialysis . Upon calling I got a receptionist who remembered me from the first visit. I told this lady why I was calling to set up an appointment. I was met with you filed a complaint. Not sure the doc wants to treat you. This company is protected from complaints
