The way they do business is not acceptable. My wife went there to do free estimate for braces, and they randomly charged her insurance maximum amount she is allowed to use which is $1500, and it been more than 8 months, bunch of calls, emails, and no refund. We installed braces elsewhere, and wanted them to service them since they already took our money, and after making appointment, they randomly called my wife and cancelled her appointment for no reason, or miscommunication. The front desk has horrible English, and could not even understand anything I was saying over the phone.. I switched to emails to make it more clear, and they stopped responding after about 3 emails. They blame insurance for not requesting the refund, which they did.. Still no money back. One rule to consider: NEVER provide insurance info OR SSN to crooks like this, unless you decide for sure to work with them. Multiple times I tried to ask to talk to doctor to straighten the things out, and was denied..
