Complete waste of my time
I booked an appointment a month in advance with a provider at Virginia Mason Federal Way. When I checked in I was told that the doctor wasn't scheduled at the Federal Way location today. I was reassigned to another doctor. I had requested x-rays so I went to Radiology to get them done before my visit. I was told that I didn't need x-rays and to go to the doctor's office. When I arrived I was told that my new doctor wasn't scheduled at Federal Way today either. I wasn't able to see a doctor at all. I took half a day off work for the appointment, so it was a complete waste of my time and money. I will not be booking again with Virginia Mason.
