Arbor Dental

The usual secretary is wonderful and kind. Unfortunately, the fill-in secretary is the polar opposite. She is rude, snappy, and has a real knack for talking to you like you are stupid. Every time I’ve had the displeasure of speaking to this woman, I have been taken aback by how nasty she is. during the interaction that prompted this review, I went in (Monday, July 17th 2023) to try to have my records sent to a different dentist for an emergency appointment, and was told “She doesn’t do record requests“, and additionally they need 72 hours notice to send records. If it wasn’t an EMERGENCY appointment, I could deal with the 72 hour notice. I find it pretty ridiculous that they don’t have a procedure in place for a situation like this. Now I am forced to pay to get new x-rays done. I will never patronize Arbor Dental again, purely based upon the fact that I don’t want to have to interact with her again. It’s a shame because my dentist there is great, and the usual secretary is lovely.
