The doctors and staff are great, some doctors are better than others. But the clinic administrator is an absolutely horrible human being. She is rude, patronizing, rigid, just the absolute worst person you could deal with. I had an appoint for my daughter at 11:20. Their online portal that they run says that the appt is 11:20. The confirmation text I got for the appointment said 11:20. I arrived at 11:20 and then was turned away because I didn’t arrive at 11:05 to check in but NOBODY told me that check in time was 11:05, all of their reminders and the original scheduler told me 11:20. They turned me away anyway. Angelique is a horrendous person. Make sure if you make an appointment you double check what time check in is, because even if a scheduler only tells you the appointment time, they will turn you away if you arrive at the appointment time.
