Huge waste of my time. I had an insurance referral and all my info sent over and had to call back 3 times (4 total calls) to be told that they can't see me. I jumped through all these hoops over the course of 2 months. Every time I called they asked the same intake questions, what medications do you take, who is your primary care...blablabla. They had not even entered it into the computer. They lost my paperwork twice. I was forgiving, places are short staffed. Mental health care is overrun, I get that. Finally, on the last call the receptionist says that they cant see me after having done the entire song and dance again. My case is not complex, I have ADHD and talked to 2 other people, my age, who are treated here before getting a referral. Maybe I don't need medication after all, as I seemed to have more executive function than the people who are supposed to be doing their own jobs.
