I got an endoscopy there. They told me to come back for a two week follow-up visit to discuss the next treatment steps. I called to schedule and they tell me the soonest appointment is 4 months away.Next, they billed me. I got a bill that said it was due 2/5/2024. Weeks before the bill was even due, they started sending me texts and robo-voicemails every other day telling me to pay my bill, which was not even due yet.Not only the rude messages, but they sent several different bills, some of which were on different billing systems, and listed websites to go pay online. Half the websites on the bills weren't even valid web addresses. Then they keep sending me a bill after I already paid like 3 bills that says I owe $122. This is on two different types of stationary, with two different websites listed, one which doesn't work and the other which looks like a high schooler set it up to steal money. Then they sent me to collections. I'll never go back. Cancelled my follow-up.
