I was a patient of a ARNP that has since left this clinic and when they transferred me to a new provider to manage my medication and provide ongoing mental health support, I was rushed by the provider, Karl Fjellstad, literally not 5 minutes of his time, for this reason I requested that my bill be adjusted to a lower time frame billed, that was denied by Sara Cellini operations manager. I was judged verbally over a phone conversation and in messages by the medical assistant Yvette Brandt, who was extremely inappropriate on several occasions and when I approached the clinic and operations managers about this they did nothing about it. The “standard of practice” at this clinic is very poor. I will never go back. They should really be ashamed of themselves! And, I work in healthcare. Mostly assisting patients who need financial support for medical expenses and treatment.
