I have been going here for over 20 years for vision and at least 10 years for skin. At my last optometrist visit I waited for over an hour before I actually saw the Dr. I figured my whole entire appointment would be an hour. The dr was in a rush (I had a 10am appt, so how they were that far behind that early, I don't know). The dr was in a rush, acted like I was bothering her with my questions and was out the door in a flash. Now to skin- I have a few concerns on my face, I made an appointment 8 weeks out, that was their earliest available, then,the night before at 4:45, they call and cancel my 7:50am appointment. But, don't worry, they can get me in in another 8-9 weeks. I should probably collect a $30 cancelation fee for a cancelation with less than 24 hours. Oh, wait, that is what they charge their patients for a cancelation fee. I will be doing business elsewhere. Do better Cascade Eye and Skin!! Run your business with integrity and honor.

Had a great experience with Dr. Robertson in Gig Harbor and her team. However, the referral to Dr. Fu at University Place was nothing short of a terrible experience. And Cascade's inbility to address that experience and provide an alternative referral was disappointing to say the least. Will not return to this organization.
