Took the day off work with out pay for my 15 month olds appointment. Took 1 wrong turn and arrived 5 minutes late. They said the were unable to see me, and the best they could do was put me on a waitlist if I waited in the waiting room and if the next appointments didn't arrive. The next appointment wasn't until 2 hours, and they said we would only be seen of that patient didn't show up. I had to leave. Extremely disappointed.
