Friendly, supportive and excellent care. I always feel welcome and respected, never pressured every visit I've had over the last year. In 30 years I finally have a doctor that listens and cares for me and my family.

Tried to get an appointment with the remaining staff and the receptionist hung up on me when I was trying to explain what I needed since my former PCP is no longer there. Very rude. If you want quality medical care, go somewhere else.

I have been going to Summit View Clinic since Dr McKay moved it up there from Orting in the 60’s. I have always had the best care, treated like I was important and seen in a timely manner. Called today 7/20/22 to be seen within at least a day or two, nope. Booked thru 8/24??? Really. Why would it take that long if your problem is now? Wasn’t asking for a routine check up. I need to be seen that day or at least next. WOW is all I can say about new company that took over. Time to find a new place. Would not recommend Evergreen to anyone that needs to be seen in a timely manner. Sad. Miss all the Dr’s and staff that left because of new company. They were some of the best. Refuses to ever address medical concerns. If it's not the most obvious problem like allergies, head cold, or a zit they are unwilling to hear your concern but then say now you owe us this much money for your visit that we are unwilling to listen to your issue for.

Their long term doctors have all retired, in the past you were assigned a new doctor but since Everett Clinic bought them you are now considered a new patient even after 25+ years, you can get a medical care appointment with whoever is available but they aren’t considered your primary care physician. However they will not provide preventative care services i.e. no physicals.

I have been coming to this clinic since the early eighties it's eighties since Everett has taken them over this clinic has gone downhill it is the worst that's out there doctors are quitting it's incredible how it lousy this clinic has become I wouldn't send my dog here
