The tech who administered the eye tests spoke clearly and distinctly. She answered my questions thoroughly. I’ve been seeing Dr. Reisman for three years and have been very pleased with his care.

Everyone made me feel at peace, I was very nervous and scared. But their customer service was a 10, they put me at ease, and I felt confident in the Doctor’s abilities to do a good job.

The first thing I noticed even before seeing the doctor is that the staff was professional, empathetic and prompt with their responses. This helped to set me at ease before seeing Dr Cho because I was nervous about what was happening to my eye. There was no long complicated phone tree, explaining myself over and over, and all the things that I seem to be experiencing in the world right now. It was refreshing to get a human with a kind attitude every time I called even when I was late for my appointment one time due to a traffic jam.I have had a total of three visits, all of them have been a great experience under the circumstances. From the front desk to the medical assistants, and Dr Cho,whom I am able to talk to and feel heard. I also appreciate that Dr Cho is not only very well versed on my particular disease but she also makes me feel like I'm a partner in my care decisions and doesn't just dictate to me. I also trust her implicitly with her choice of an outside referral.

If I have a symptom that worries me, they work hard to fit me quite quickly. All the staff are kind and patient. The office is lovely, comfortable, and always spotless. They've taken excellent medical care of me!

The staff and doctors are caring/kind and are dedicated to a good outcome. The office atmosphere is comfortable and I'm seen promptly. There's established ways to get quick answers for post-surgical questions. Dr. Cho performed my surgery and I highly recommend her.

Great staff and outstanding surgeons

I have visited Washington Retina (on Talbot Road in Renton) about 4 times this year for treatment of a retinal bleed. All but the last time I had imagining and then an injection in my eye. They did everything they could to keep the the injection painless, to explain the steps and the results. I was glad to actually see an on-screen image of my eye the first time, very fascinating. (Though they don't always do that). The series of treatments did help and this last one, they found that all the swelling was gone. Also, the front desk staff was efficient and kind, appointment right on time. I saw doctor Mandinga who was great

I feel like Dr Mandiga is the best in the field of Retina specialist. His staff is friendly, helpful and easy and pleasant to work with. You spend time prior to seeing the Dr with his staff so their part is very important for the success of your exam. The equipment seems up to date and so was the procedure I had for wet AMD. Much better than with a different Retina specialist I went to previously. I feel blessed to have Dr Mandiga and his staff as important part of my health care team.

Office contacted me right away to get me in for an eye issue. Very friendly front desk person and technician. Doctor did a laser procedure on my eye that same day to repair a retina tear. Highly recommend Washington Retina!

I want to Costco Sunday to order new glasses. After much testing I was referred to Washington Retina. They fit me in on Monday afternoon for a possible retina detachment. I was a basket case. I had glaucoma surgery in December. I had just been to my glaucoma doctor a couple of weeks prior. Eye pressure 6. No dilation done. Dr. Mandiga said low pressure that is too low is not good either. It has a technical name. My surgery in December was a trabeculectomy. Long story I know. I would change to Doctor Mandiga if he was treating glaucoma as well as retina issues. He and his staff were the very best from beginning to end of my appointment. I highly recommend them as a great provider for any retina issues. Very knowledgeable and professional in every way.
