This is for telehealth only. Be prepared to wait months before you can get an appointment. Also be prepared to do your own prior authorizations with insurance, as apparently that’s normal for this practice (I worked for a doctor and this is NOT normal).

This is for all Mindful Therapy locations as it's really all the same company. I waited months to get assigned to a provider. The one I finally got should have their license revoked. They fumbled around the appointment like they had zero medical experience. Kept asking the same questions over and over. Was completely confused. To top it off they REFUSED to write any prescription without their specific lab work requirements. Turns out insurance doesn't cover one and the insurance said they would never cover it under this kind of care. It would have to be an extreme medical condition. Mindful Therapy cost me HUNDREDS of dollars in medical care and they NEVER provided one single thing. Mindful therapy falls back on "Oh, we just contract with these providers so we aren't responsible for anything they do". Don't go here!!!!!!!!!! They should be shut down!
