I can not get into their portal in order to access my own lab results. This has been frustrating, as signing into this computer system is the only way to access anything!

The doctors are good here but the fee structure is terrible as they operate as a business, for a holistic clinic they have lost sensitivity. The patients here HAVE to take their yearly membership which is $600 or monthly $50, only if this membership is taken you get access to doctors on the portal. To be able to access your doctor you will have to call the clinic and that is another issue as no one picks up the call. If you choose not to take this membership you cannot access your doctor after your visit, you won't be able to give them an update on your health or ask them any questions pertaining to new treatments. Also, you will have to pay $60 extra every visit and this payment is apart from your insurance payment.
