Note: last visit 2018 This is not for a specific visit, but over some time. I had a great therapist at this Clinic. As well, the reception and other human contacts tended to be great - I always enjoyed chatting with the office manager, and they were always helpful for additional appointments or trying to track down bookkeeping issues. But oh boy, those bookkeeping issues. * Yearly required "financial" contract. Makes sense, but does very little to ensure trust. And is worded in a very "we are not liable" manner. * Their billing/accounting was awful. Billing vs Insurance vs what-I-paid. For sure I got overcharged, but then those overcharges would be used to pay off later bills, but not with any transparency, or with a "credit." * Meds: you had to have an appointment to get prescriptions, with a fine imposed if you didn't. Reasonable, but not flexible. If my prescription lapsed, and I set an appointment for later, they did not waive the fine even once I had the appointment.
