Horrible
The Northwest Orthopaedic Express walk-in clinic in Spokane Valley is horrible. I came in this afternoon to be seen for an acute back injury and an extremely rude receptionist indicated I couldn’t be seen because I had received physical therapy for my back in the last six months. When I indicated I was in pain and needed to be seen, she shrugged her shoulders and told me to go to the emergency room. Horrible customer service. I’m now going to have to wait weeks to get an appointment with a back specialist with no treatment in the interim. What is the point of having a walk-in clinic for acute injuries if you just turn away patients to the ER? Absolutely ridiculous.
